Clinton Weir’s love of cocktail and flair bartending began over twenty years ago, in Pretoria, South Africa. Today gaining a collection of head bartender roles through dozens of bars, clubs and restaurants and developing recipes for over 75 menu’s and an array of signature recipes for brands.
After winning his first competition in 2002, his passion for the skill grew immensely, and he went on to win countless accolades not only nationally in cocktail and flair competitions and in 3 different countries but abroad on the international scene to.
Clinton has also performed flair and fire bartending shows and run mobile bars at over 800 events in 19 countries from corporate to private events, bar mitzvahs to festivals, celebrity house parties to private island gatherings and huge weddings in India to the Royal wedding in Buckingham Palace!
Through all 2 decades of the late night shifts, crazy events and training for competitions comes a still growing passion for the industry and a pretty interesting skill set which today has been put to good use through a very unique services portfolio, specialising in cocktail and flair bartending services between events, shows, training and consultancy throughout Australia and globally.
